Returns

Although we always do our best to give you a great customer experience whenever you shop with chetan foods with our 7 days returns policy, if at all you will not satisfied completely with your purchase, you can initiate return process for a full refund by calling our support number +91 9972911344 with your Order ID, we will help you on this regard. .

Once reported about the return at our helpline or via email, kindly send us the product packaged through a registered courier. We will start processing the return/replacement request subject to receipt of the product(s) in unused condition and in its original packaging at our location and it should include original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc., failing which return/replacement may not be possible.

Damages due to negligence, inappropriate usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.

Refund Mode:

In the case of COD & Online payments, the refunds from our end will be initiated within 24 - 48 hours and credited to the bank account as per bank policy post we receive the items at our store through the courier partner / delivery boy. We will process such situation within 10 days.

Cancellation Policy

We have 7 Days Return & Cancellation policy. Customer can cancel the order within 7 days post-delivery. Although we always do our best to give you a great customer experience whenever you shop with Our App, if at all you will not be satisfied completely with your purchase, you can initiate the cancellation process through our website or app under My Orders Section in Our App with your Order ID.

Refunds

If goods are returned within specified duration or if the order is cancelled, then Chetan Foods process the Refunds within 7 working days.
